My story

1. Who I am01

   I’m Leela Sai Turlapati, a UX designer based in Hyderabad with more than three years of experience across web applications, dashboards, and business products.

2. What I focus on02

   Most of my work sits where a lot of information meets a busy person with a job to do. I focus on simplifying those workflows — translating what users need and what the business needs into designs that are clean, practical, and easy to learn.

   I work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, prototype early, and keep testing ideas with the people they’re meant for.

• Designed an intuitive interface for a cloud monitoring tool, with a focus on user experience and accessibility.

• Developed wireframes and prototypes with stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on project goals.

• Improved the interface of an IoT application based on user feedback.

• Conducted user research to identify pain points and opportunities in existing systems.

• Worked on the UX of a school ERP platform, helping streamline everyday operations.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and keep communication clear.
